Shipping Policies

  • We use ATS Healthcare in winter months as they provide temperature-controlled transport.
  • During warmer months we also ship with Loomis.
  • If you will be away for an extended period of time please request a delayed delivery date.
  • Shipping charges may be modified to rural areas.



We will replace or provide a refund for any bottle of wine that is damaged or corked. We ask the customer to return the unfinished portion of the original replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed.

It is the customers responsibility to store and handle the wine correctly once it leaves the winery. Wine must not be left in a hot vehicle during the summer. Doing so could cause damage due to high temperatures. We are unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to incorrect handling (including temperature damage) by the purchaser.
