We are open year round with the exception of major holidays.
At Sleeping Giant Fruit Winery, we love keeping in touch with our customers and friends and are happy to answer any questions you might have about our wines. Give us a call or drop by for a visit – however during Covid-19 please use our booking system for a wine tasting appointment.

Sleeping Giant Fruit Winery and our parent company Summerland Sweets are just 210 steps from the turnaround point for the renowned Summerland Steam Train! On scheduled train days - it does a turnaround mid way through its trip to head back to the train station in upper Summerland. It is a perfect opportunity for taking photos of this old beauty as it sits at the trestle for nearly an hour. Note: All train boarding takes place back at the Kettle Valley Train station.

Winery Hours
The tasting room at Sleeping Giant Winery is open daily between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays(closed Sundays in January). Please use our Tasting Reservation app to make a booking in the tasting room. Maximum number per party is eight people. We also welcome walk-ins!
